Bulk edit CUSTOMER NOTE
We need to add a new customer note to many WOO orders, can we not do that through admin columns plugin? cant find a way thank you
We do have a Customer Note that allows you to display and also (bulk) edit the note by the customer.
But I guess you’re asking for a way to bulk send a message to the customer ‘Note to customer’.
In that case, we don’t have a way to do that, since this is more than a bulk action than bulk edit. Our plugin does not support that at this moment.
What do you mean by: edit the note by the customer?
How does thst work?
A customer can leave a note during the order process.
This note can be viewed when you go to the order edit screen and look below the shipping address.
There you’ll find the note below the header ‘Customer provided note’.
Our ‘Customer note’ displays exactly that message with editing support.
But based on your initial question, I don’t think that this is what you are looking for.
It is also possible on the order edit page to add a note to customer (At the right side in the ‘Order Notes’ section). We don’t have editing support for that feature.
