We don’t have an integration for Aftership at this moment and there are currently no plans to support that in the future. If Aftership stores the information you want to edit as a custom field to the post type, you can probably use our Custom Field column to display the value and even make it editable. Editing will be a text box by default but if you want to implement the drop down box as well, you could use the following hook to make it behave like a drop-down list.
