AffiliateWP Referral/Affiliate Column
Hye there,
I am trying to add referral/affiliate column using ADC custom field, but not finding any related in dropdown. Is it possible to achieve this?

I’m not sure what you mean by ADC custom field. But if is stores its data indeed in the custom post meta table, than you should be able to select the field in the Custom Field column. But please take notice that there should be at least 1 post that has this field populated, otherwise the field will not show up in the dropdown.
