Advanced Custom Fields: Image Aspect Ratio Crop
Hi Everyone,
the ACF – Image Aspect Ratio Crop Plugin is not supported in Admin Collumns at the moment. The old Plugin: “Advanced Custom Fields: Image Crop Add-on” had full support, but is no longer maintained as it seems. There are multiple problems with the old plugin at the moment on some sites. The new one is this one:

As the new one is forked, maybe there might be an easy way to update the code for this plugin. Or maybe you could provide me some documentation that I implement the things I need by myself. Do you have any suggestions?

My advice is to use the Custom Field column type instead of the ACF.
You can select the field key that is used for the cropped image and set the field type to ‘Image’.
Since the field contains a Media ID, you can use the image field type to turn the ID into an actual image.

I just wanted to give this a bump. The provided solution is helpful for showing the image, however is there a way to enable to cropping functionality with inline editing?

Thanks for following up! Our integration with ACF primarily supports the core functionality of the main ACF plugin. At this time, adding specific support for inline editing with third-party ACF fields, such as the cropping functionality, isn’t part of our roadmap.
