Hi Benjamin,

Can you tell me which version of our plugin your run?
And can you maybe try to reinstall the plugin and clear all object caching?
I heard a similar issue before and reinstalling the plugin and clearing the cache fixed that problem.
Otherwise, please contact me on support@admincolumns.com so I can help you with this problem.

Stefan, I have the same problem. The admin crashes when I add the filtering option on a ACF text field.

WP v4.9.6
ACF Pro v5.6.10
Admin Columns Pro v4.2.9
Admin Columns – ACF v2.2.3

Carl,

Do you have this error after you updated the plugin or when you install the plugin for the first time?
And did you try to reinstall the plugin as I mentioned above?
Do you use a tool to install the plugin or do you install a plugin just through the WordPress admin?

Stefan,

I started with the free version and upgraded to PRO version on a new project.
The plugin was installed manually (FTP, unzip and activated form admin)
The free version plugin was deleted.
I also have the latest versions of Advanced Custom Fields and WooCommerce addons.

It works on:
– local LAMP
– OSX 10.12.6
– PHP v7.1.17

Doesn’t work on:
– AWS EC2
– PHP 5.6.33

The WordPress setup is the same on both environments.

I hope this helps :)

A correction. It happens when I activate the filtering option on a custom taxonomy.

Hi Carl,

Just to be sure I understand you correctly. You have a Taxonomy column on a (custom) post type where you selected a custom taxonomy. When you enable filtering, you have fatal error on your overview page? Can you maybe send me the column export (using our plugin) where you have this specific error? Please send it to support@admincolumns.com so I can try to reproduce the issue.
