ACF Dropdown – Set to NULL
I have a field created with ACF. It is dropdown field with predefined fields to choose from. The field does allow NULL. How do I set the field as NULL when inline editing?

There should be a delete button to clear the value but I see this is not available anymore.
I’ve created a ticket for this so we figure out why this is and so we can create a fix for this.

The issue should be fixed for the 3.9 release.
3.9 contains a lot of refactoring which should be tested very good.
Unfortunately this release is already delayed but we’re working very hard to ship this release as soon as possible.
Please have some patience a little bit longer.
No rush. Would you be willing to give me your best estimate when you think 3.9 will be released? I just need to let my client know that it is coming.

We just released 3.8.7. This is a maintenance release where we also fixed this bug.
