Ability to set the maximum number of rows updated per batch
There should be a parameter somewehere that allow to choose the number of rows updated per batch on a bulck edit. That would prevent the server to crash because of a too big batch.
It can be a parameter in global settings or a parameter per column.
There is actually a hook to change the number of items process during bulk edit.
An example of this hook can be found here:
Here’s a simple snippet that will set the number to 50
