Minor UI improvement: please stop auto-expanding
This is a minor annoyance, but an annoyance nonetheless.
Any time I move a column when editing columns, the column I move expands to expose all its settings. I don’t need it expanded. I don’t want it expanded. I’m just moving it. If I need it expande, I’ll click the expand arrow.
Who’s with me?
Other than this, the new 7.x is great. The whole plugin is great. I use it all the time on every site.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I tried to reproduce this, but when I (single) click the drag icon and move the column to its new position, the setting do not toggle. Just to be sure, are you also single-clicking the drag icon, not double-clicking? Otherwise, can you tell me what browser you’re using?
The problem occurs in FireFox Developer’s Edition 148.0b9 (64-bit) on Windows 10. It does not happen in Chrome Version 144.0.7559.135 (Official Build) (64-bit) on the same PC. I tested the identical post type on the same website in both browsers. Yes, I single-clicked to drag the icon.
Thank you, Jeff. I was able to reproduce the issue. Since this is not the intended behaviour, I immediately fixed it for the next release.
