Plugin Menu Doesn’t Appear
I uploaded AdminColumns Pro. However, the plugin menu does not appear in the WordPress menu or sub-menu. When I clicked Settings from the plugins list, I received the error notice: wp_die() wp-admin/includes/menu.php:380.
Are there any solutions for this issue?

This probably means that the necessary capabilities for your role were not created during the installation of the plugin. You can force the installation script to run buy adding the following to the URL on that page:
&ac-force-install=1
