504 – Gateway Time-out on Users Page
I’m getting a gateway timeout error when I try to load the Users Admin page: website.com/wp-admin/users.php
I’ve increased PHP timeouts and NGinx timeouts to no avail.
As far as I know, I have no sorting using ACP.
Is there a way to disable ACP on the Users page? I still want the functionality on other pages, but if it’s crashing the Users section on my website, I’d like to disable it here.

Thanks for the info! It might be worth checking if you can reset or create a new column set for the Users screen via the settings. That could help restore access to the Users page without needing to disable anything.
If that doesn’t solve it, there is a way to disable our plugin specifically for the Users page using a hook, but hopefully that won’t be necessary.
I tried “Restore columns” on the Users screen via the settings. This did not work.
